Aside Architects is a small and growing architectural Architectural practice located in downtown Peterborough,Ontario. Our projects range from cultural, multi-unit residential to commercial, and the occasional interior or single family residential project. We work to get the right people at the table to produce considered and engaging projects. We work hard to achieve strong design, quality technical solutions, and customer-service excellence.

We are seeking a recent graduate in Architecture or an Architectural Technologist who would jump at the chance to live in the Peterborough area and settle into a small city with a thriving arts community, x-country skiing, hiking, canoeing, and camping on our doorstep. Our hire will be an organized individual, passionate about the craft of buildings, and is motivated to continually improve. The position will require a positive person who is a motivated and independent self-starter, with strong design skills, and a capacity for technical thinking. Sounds like a lot. It is, but you will be be working along side a small team that has over 50 years experience in designing buildings and ideally this will be a long term position.
